1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase
- Return requests must be made within 8 days of delivery
- Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at returns@pellepregiata.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and a return authorization code.
3. Return Shipping
- Domestic Returns: We offer free return shipping for eligible domestic orders.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Pelle Pregiata is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@pellepregiata.com. Be sure to include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping, depending on your preference and product availability.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items not in original condition or missing original packaging
